This is a georgeous light pink silk dress with ivory lace overlay. Fitted mermaid style with flared-out train. The lace overlay comes up past the top of the bodice, and covers that tricky armpit area!
The only part of the dress that shows wear is the hem of both the silk and lace. The silk under-layer does show dirt on the hem edge in 2 or 3 places - silk under-layer would not show at all with the dress on. The lace hem is mostly clean, with a couple of spots looking slightly dingy, but would not be noticeable while wearing the dress. The lace hem is just barely roughed up in a few spots; again, would not be at all noticeable unless from up close. I can supply close-up pictures of the dirty areas, if you'd like!
I hate to part with this dress, but I am hoping it makes another bride feel as beautiful as I did on my wedding day!
