Save Like Never Before!Other Portia & Scarlett PS22901 IVORY

I purchased this dress in the hopes that I would be able to fit it for my September wedding. I absolutely LOVE IT!  Unfortunately, I was not able to fit it in the waist and it cannot be altered at the waist line. The dress has only been tried on and has never been worn for any event.  Let my loss be your gain!. No, Alterations were ever done to the dress.  There are some beads that came off the strap, but I have them, and will send with the dress (is in one of the photos).
